TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program is an exclusive job initiative for students eager to start their professional careers right after Class XII, making them financially independent. Participants undergo 12 months of training and, upon successful completion, are offered full-time jobs at HCLTech.

TechBee is designed for practical learning, transforming Class XII graduates into working professionals with exposure to HCLTech’ s global clients across various sectors. This approach ensures no disruption to higher studies, allowing teenagers to start earning and become financially independent immediately after Class XII. The learning experience is comparable to most engineering programs in the country, with the added advantage of an assured job.
The job market's requirements are evolving, and on-demand skills are becoming crucial for recruitment. This program trains candidates in these in-demand technologies, making them future-ready and financially independent while providing ample learning opportunities and career growth. This hybrid training program focuses on the overall education and personality grooming of students to make them job-ready.
As a token of appreciation and to encourage participation in the Early Career Program by GoR, R-CAT will provide a reimbursement of INR 50,000 to the first 200 selected candidates upon successfully completing the training program and achieving the specified outcomes.

Students who complete the TechBee program get the opportunity to pursue higher education from prestigious universities and institutes in India, such as IIIT Kottayam, BITS Pilani, Amity University, SASTRA University, and KL University. Higher education plays a crucial role in shaping a candidate’s perspective and we do not want candidates to miss out on the same.
Given the phenomenal success of the program in India, it is now available in Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, the Americas and Canada.
TechBee has been acknowledged and appreciated by global independent institutions for its novelty.
